• every patient receives personal username and password for independent therapy practice within the facility and to enable outpatients to login from home to complete assignments
• therapist manages addition and discharge of patients from roster

Your patient slot requirements are not based upon the total number of patients you see for cognitive rehabilitation therapy for the year but rather it is based on your max caseload from day to day. For example, if you carry an ongoing caseload of 20 patients who will be doing the Neuropsychonline system, then you would need 20 total slots. With those 20 slots you could actually treat 150+ patients over the course of a year depending upon the length of treatment per patient. For this example your annual subscription price would be $1550.00.

Any number of self-pay patients (@$25.00 per month) can be enrolled by a therapist without affecting the therapist's quota of patient slots. Contact NPO directly at (317-257-9672) for enrollment and optional placement of a self-pay patient on a therapist's roster.
